RDT Home and Property Services is based in McLeod, North Dakota, and brings over 25 years of experience in the property preservation and maintenance industry to homes, farms and commercial properties across the region.
The work started with the broad range of jobs a property needs: cleanups and debris removal, tree work, plumbing winterizations and repairs, ongoing maintenance. Property managers have relied on RDT for that work for decades; one commercial client wrote that RDT has been completing work for them for 25 years.
Today the lead service is septic drain-field restoration. With the EarthBuster deep-soil decompactor mounted on our track loader, we can often bring a failing drain field back by fracturing the compacted soil and biomat underneath it, instead of tearing out the yard for a new one. In the heavy clay of the Red River Valley, that matters.
